You may request an appointment by email (use the above contact form) or call me directly. You may also request to schedule a free phone consultation to address concerns/questions prior to scheduling.
Service fees may be paid by cash, check or credit card. If you have insurance that honors out-of-network provider coverage you may also submit a service receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you are having difficulty paying for counseling, please let me know. A percentage of my practice is structured to meet the needs of clients with financial hardship. You may also be added to the waiting list if all reduced fee slots are full.
Insurance: I am currently in network with: Blue Choice PPO, Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (PPO), Beacon, Value Options Life Solutions, United Health Care – Optum, and Scott & White. Please contact your Behavioral Health provider, listed on your insurance card and inquire what your behavioral health benefit is, the name of the provider and if you have a copay or deductible prior to scheduling.
